SCOUT Program

SCOUT helps approved participants overcome financial barriers to short-term training, licenses, certifications, and workforce credentials. Awards are based on documented need, career impact, available funding, and board/program approval. When possible, HHHF pays approved providers directly.

Awards up to $1,000 per approved recipient

Subject to funding availability, complete documentation, and program approval. HHHF does not guarantee any specific award amount to any applicant.

Advanced manufacturing / CNC
Welding & skilled trades

How the SCOUT Award Works
