Helping Hoosiers Heroes Foundation has been selected as an approved nonprofit recipient of a Meta-supported donation of Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses for distribution to qualifying blind and low-vision U.S. veterans across Indiana. HHHF will handle local distribution, hands-on training (train-the-trainer model), and community support — increasing access, connection, and independence for veteran recipients. Consumer electronics accessibility support — not medical devices.
Helping Hoosiers Heroes Foundation has been selected as a 2026 grant recipient by the Health Foundation of La Porte — a significant milestone that expands HHHF's ability to serve veterans, first responders, military families, and community members through workforce development, education, and healthcare navigation.
HHHF has officially launched the SCOUT Program (Skills, Certifications, Opportunities, Upskilling & Training) — providing direct workforce scholarship awards up to $1,000 for veterans, first responders, military families, students, and community members pursuing training, licenses, or industry certifications.
