HHHF operates five clear pathways for Indiana veterans, first responders, and their families: Vision Forward (accessible technology for blind and low-vision U.S. veterans), SCOUT (Skills, Certifications, Opportunities, Upskilling and Training with job-linked support of up to $1,000 subject to funding and approval), the HHHF Corporate Scholarship at Indiana Tech (formal MOU signed March 25, 2026, for HHHF affiliates and their spouses), Resource Navigation (warm referrals with follow-up, not an emergency service), and Future Heroes (youth pathways in active development). Each program routes through a real HHHF team member.

HHHF Programs Vision Forward Initiative — Consumer accessible technology and hands-on training for qualifying blind and low-vision U.S. veterans. HHHF is distributing 52 pairs of Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses across Indiana with individual setup and follow-up. Meta is a technology supporter and donor, not a formal partner.SCOUT Program — Skills, Certifications, Opportunities, Upskilling and Training. Job-linked training support of up to $1,000 (subject to funding and approval) for approved veterans, first responders, and military families pursuing licenses, certifications, and short-term workforce credentials.HHHF Corporate Scholarship at Indiana Tech — Formal MOU signed March 25, 2026 establishing a branded HHHF Corporate Scholarship for HHHF affiliates and their spouses. Indiana Tech is HHHF's preferred education provider.Resource Navigation — Warm referrals and follow-up for employment, education, benefits, wellness, housing, and community resources.
