HHHF General Sponsorship Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in supporting Helping Hoosiers Heroes Foundation. This form helps HHHF understand your interests and prepare for a sponsorship conversation. Submitting it does not create a sponsorship agreement or financial obligation. Recognition, benefits, restrictions, payment, and use of funds will be confirmed separately in writing.
How HHHF Sponsorships Work
- Sponsorship benefits are acknowledgments of support — not advertising commitments or guaranteed marketing placements.
- Specific benefits (banner placement, speaking opportunities, exclusive branding, etc.) are subject to event fit, availability, and a written sponsorship agreement.
- Sponsors are acknowledged as supporters of the specific event or program they fund — not as formal partners or co-sponsors of HHHF.
- Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. HHHF will provide a written acknowledgment; consult your tax advisor for treatment.
- HHHF does not use sponsor logos or marks without written permission.
